Corrections
When we get something wrong — a value we misread, a record matched to the wrong person, or an item that misreads a filing — we fix it and note it here.
We review every report in a timely manner. If a correction is needed, we make it and add a dated entry to this list saying what was wrong and what we changed. If the filing itself says what we showed, we leave it as is — we correct our reading, not what a filer reported.
Example — what an entry looks like (not a real correction)
- — We read an income range as $100,000 to $149,999; page 2 of the disclosure says $10,000 to $24,999. We corrected the range and withdrew the item it had triggered.
