  Last year I reported the increase in value of retirement accounts as income based on my mistaken understanding that the increase in value of these accounts constituted non-taxable, unrealized capital gain income. Having reviewed the instructions and speaking with someone at the Secretary of State's office, I did not report the increase in the retirement accounts this year because I now understand that the increase is not capital gain income and that when I (or my husband) start taking distributions from those accounts, those amounts will be reported as regular income (not capital gain income). I have also not listed the term live insurance policies held by my husband with me as the beneficiary and by me with my husband as the beneficiary because there is no current actual value.   I hold several investment accounts through Charles Schwab: A rollover IRA from former employment, and an individual brokerage account. These funds are professionally managed by Colorado Capital Management. I do not know the specifics of the investments held. I also use several Visa credit cards issued by Chase Bank. I pay off the balances at the end of each month.

  I own a little over $200,000 with Equitable Financial investments; not sure where to disclose that. I have money in the bank; also not sure where to disclose that. My assets have the Trust as the beneficiary, and the Trust beneficiaries upon my death are my sons and their families. I am a place holder for HD58, Democrat; not planning to be the actual candidate would prefer this information not be disclosed unless I am an actual candidate.

  I had assumed the initial personal financial disclosure was intended for the last quarter of 2025, which would align with the fundraising reporting. I mostly do project-based consulting work and foster care. Both of these roles and income vary throughout the year. When I filed in Nov 2025, I did not have a consulting role with Dobson Philanthropic, we did not have foster children, and I hadn't started working for Legacy EMS.

  I and my wife also hold various credit cards. However, they are not used for debt and interest is never paid so I did not list the individual cards. The children are the beneficiaries of the 529 plans but I think we, as the parents, still hold some role in them so I listed them. I did not find the requirement to list the portfolio funds we hold so did not include them but have the list available if needed. If you need additional information or clarification, please advise me immeidately and I will provide it.
